I went to Olympia Sports today to see if I could find a swimsuit for the summer. I currently only have 1 suit, and if I'm swimming weekly with my kids, I'll want another one. So the combination of running more, eating better/less and biking more has resulted in dropping of pounds and a slimming of the annoying bits that were too big.
